The Bangla Script and Transliteration Used Here
These are the vowels in Bangla alphabet. Vowels are used both
independently and dependently. If they are used in the
begining of a word they will not change the shape and in case
of others they will change their shape. For example "আ" will
take the shape of "া", "ই" will take the shape of "ি", and so
on as illustrated below. When a vowel is not marked, a
consonant has the inherent vowel "a"


The following are the compound consonants formed by two or three
consonants joined together.

There is no universal standard of how to write Bangla in Roman letters.
The system I use here is similar to the one in the pictures
above, except for the following changes:
